What is the granting of facilities?
One of the challenges faced by knowledge-based and technology companies is their nascent status, leading to insufficient credibility with banks. Additionally, banks' limited familiarity with technological activities poses obstacles in issuing the necessary guarantee letters. Therefore, as one of the most specialized technology development funds in the country, this fund, in the field of guarantee issuance, provides various types of guarantee letters required by technology-focused companies. It does so by accepting risks and offering highly facilitated conditions, in accordance with its legal authority (charter approved by the Council of Ministers, circulars issued pursuant to Clause K, Article 4 of the regulations governing government transaction guarantees).

The Process of Providing Facilities
General description
The Nano Fund is the financial broker of scientific and technological authority of the presidency. Financial support for the country’s leading scientific researchers to achieve the improvement of Iran’s scientific level in the world is paid to individuals in the form of research grants. The company’s registry includes:
- The photo of the national card and the birth certificate of the members of the board of directors and the CEO.
- The image of the latest announcement of the company’s changes, which shows the members of the board of directors and the signatories.
- The exact address of the company and the members of the board of directors along with the postal code.
- The phone number of the company and the mobile number of the board members.
- On the promissory note, enter the amount in letters and numbers in the name of the Nano Technology Development Fund.
- On the promissory note, the name of the company should be included along with the national ID, exact address and signature stamp.
- The back of the promissory notes should be endorsed by the guarantors, signature, fingerprint and national code should be included.
- The check must be a banker’s check of a legal entity (company, institution, etc.).
- The defined seal of the legal collection for the bank should be engraved on the check.
- The signatures of the owners of signatures defined for the bank should be included on the check.
- On the check, write the amount in letters and numbers without date in the name of the Nano Technology Development Fund.
- Pay attention to the fact that the sums of letters and numbers do not conflict.
- Remittance of checks should not be scratched and writing should be avoided.
- The back of the guarantee checks should be endorsed (the guarantors should put their signatures and fingerprints and insert the national code).
- Personal checks will not be accepted unless the real person is a party to the contract.
